Usual Adult Dose for Bacterial Vaginosis:

Insert one applicatorful of metronidazole topical 0.75% vaginal gel intravaginally once (at bedtime) or twice a day for 5 consecutive days.

What other drugs will affect metronidazole topical?

Tell your doctor about all other medications you use, especially a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin).
